About the Role :

This role ensures smooth and compliant fit-out execution within living or occupied spaces by enabling effective coordination, adherence to design and safety standards, and timely handover. The role acts as a key interface between residents/ tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a safe, efficient, and well-governed fit-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate possession and fit-out readiness in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure availability of required utilities during the fit-out phase.
- Facilitate submission, review, and approval of fit-out drawings prior to commencement of work.
- Maintain records of approved drawings and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with fit-out guidelines, design standards, and execution instructions.
- Issue and manage necessary work permits (e.g., hot work, work at height) before execution.
- Coordinate security arrangements required for fit-out activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the property owner during the fit-out process.
- Monitor work-in-progress to ensure quality, timelines, and adherence to safety norms.
- Support the appointed contractors by addressing minor execution-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with design control specifications outlined in fit-out manuals.
- Maintain fit-out tracking reports and execution data.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on layout changes or site-level modifications.
- Present fit-out progress and data to concerned stakeholders as required.

Qualification and Experience:

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Relevant experience in fit-out execution, site coordination, or similar roles.

Skills Required :

- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.




- Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability.
- Working knowledge of fit-out processes, site safety practices, and documentation.
