- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, validate, and reconcile data from databases.
