Sarvatra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of CBDC and digital payment products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Indian Banking & Payment ecosystem with expertise in UPI, IMPS, or CBDC. You will work closely with engineering, business, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

- Own the complete product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and enhancements.
- Define and manage the product roadmap with short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Develop product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Drive product profitability and identify opportunities for business growth.

Product Development & Delivery

- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deliver APIs, technical workflows, and system integrations.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, product specifications, flow diagrams, roadmaps, BRS, and test cases.
- Lead sprint planning, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify product improvements to enhance platform performance and user experience.
- Manage product enhancements from planning to successful implementation.

Stakeholder Management





- Work closely with external stakeholders including RBI, Banks, NPCI, FinTechs, and technology partners.
- Engage with customers to identify product gaps and gather market insights.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and explore new product opportunities.
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities within banks and financial institutions.

Go-to-Market & Business Support

- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Lead the pre-sales function for the CBDC product portfolio.
- Support strategic accounts by understanding customer requirements and providing product solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements

- MBA or BE/B.Tech from a Tier 1 institute.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the Indian Banking & Payments domain.
- Hands-on experience with Payment Switches such as UPI, IMPS, and/or CBDC.
- Experience in at least one of the following domains: UPI, IMPS, or CBDC.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
