Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Travel Sales & Operations Executive who can manage the complete travel booking cycle from handling customer inquiries and closing sales to executing bookings and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, sales acumen, and operational coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries for holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visas.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client budget and preferences.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell travel add-ons (insurance, forex, activities).

Operations

- Process confirmed bookings flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and DMCs for rates, availability, and confirmations.
- Prepare and issue vouchers, itineraries, and travel documents.




- Handle visa processing and documentation coordination.
- Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and refund processes.
- Resolve on-ground/operational issues during customer travel (emergencies, delays, changes).

Destination Knowledge

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of domestic and international destinations, including visa rules, seasonality, and travel restrictions.
- Recommend suitable destinations and itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
- Stay updated on emerging travel trends, current destinations, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1+ years of experience in travel sales and/or operations.
- Strong destination knowledge (domestic and international).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, GDS systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure during peak seasons.
