Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for requirements.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
Negotiate rates and ensure timely submissions.
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS.





Required Skills:

Solid experience in US IT Recruitment/Staffing.
Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.
Good understanding of IT technologies and roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in night shift (EST).

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with direct clients/VMS/MSP.
Knowledge of ATS tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
