Preferred candidate profile :

- Supervise day-to-day packing operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and safety guidelines during all packing activities.
- Monitor and execute Change Control activities related to equipment, processes, and packaging materials.
- Investigate and support the closure of Deviations with appropriate root cause analysis.
- Implement and track CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to prevent recurrence of issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including Batch Packing Records (BPR), logbooks, equipment usage records, and line clearance documents.
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by tracking Availability, Performance, and Quality, and initiating actions to minimize downtime and losses.




- Conduct line clearance before and after batch changeovers.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify packaging materials and ensure correct product, batch, and coding before packing.
- Train and guide operators on SOPs, GMP requirements, and protected work practices.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S implementation in the packing area.
- Participate in audits and support compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Review packing performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive productivity initiatives.
