Job Opening: Operations Manager MICE
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager MICE to join our team and lead the end-to-end execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) operations.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete MICE operations from quotation and costing to planning, execution, reconciliation, and file closure.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Lead and supervise the operations team to deliver projects on time while maintaining high service standards.
- Manage budgets, timelines, vendor negotiations, and operational quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle on-ground event execution and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare post-event reports, billing, reconciliations, and ensure timely closure of all operational files.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Graduation (Bachelor's Degree) in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE operations.




- Must have managed a team of at least 4 members for a minimum of 2 years.
- Thorough knowledge of the complete end-to-end MICE operations process, including:
- Quotation & costing
- Vendor sourcing and negotiations
- Hotel, travel, and logistics coordination
- Event planning and on-ground execution
- Budget management
- Billing, reconciliation, and file closure

- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Solid vendor network and destination knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and operational reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
