Role & responsibilities

- Architectural Design: Create and implement scalable, high-performance Java applications that meet business needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams, conducting code reviews and sharing insights on best practices in software design.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and integrate current technologies and tools to enhance development processes and improve system performance
- Performance Testing: Conduct system performance tests and validation to ensure the flexibility and scalability of Java applications.
- Maintenance: Refine existing designs to correct defects or update systems to meet changing client needs.

- Experience:



8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and enterprise application architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Java frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Java programming, software development methodologies (e.g., Agile/Scrum), and familiarity with frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.

Preferred candidate profile

- Design Patterns: Familiarity with design patterns, architectural styles, and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize application performance
