Global Healthcare Billing Partners is looking for an experienced Radiology Coding Team Lead to lead and mentor a high-performing medical coding team. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in Radiology coding, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Radiology coding team.
- Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets are consistently achieved.
- Review complex coding scenarios and provide guidance to team members.
- Conduct audits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
- Prepare productivity and quality reports and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve team performance.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Radiology Medical Coding.
- At least 12 years of Team Lead experience in US Healthcare Medical Coding.
- Strong knowledge of Radiology coding guidelines, CPT, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS.
- AAPC/AHIMA certification (CPC/CCS/CIC or equivalent) preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills.
