Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with a strong understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, and offer closure.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, availability, and work authorization.
- Handle W2, C2C, Contract, Contract-to-Hire (CTH), and Direct Hire requirements.
- Understand US work authorization such as H1B, H1B Transfer, Green Card, EAD, OPT, CPT, and US Citizen.
- Conduct candidate calls, submissions,



interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery teams, and clients to understand and close requirements.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing and submission targets.

Required Skills

- 2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment and staffing processes.
- Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, CTH, Contract Staffing, and Direct Hire.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
- Good understanding of technical IT roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in US shifts and meet recruitment targets.
