- We are looking for friendly and service-oriented GSA / Stewards to ensure excellent guest experience, smooth table service and support daily caf / restaurant operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with seating.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times.
- Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and qualified manner.
- Assist in billing and payment process whenever required.
- Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs.
- Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Guest-focused attitude and positive body language.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene standards.
