Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and create customized training plans.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Solid understanding of competency mapping, skill gap analysis, and ISO documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively.
