Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Enterprise SaaS Business Development Manager to drive global sales of our industrial SaaS platform. The role involves acquiring enterprise customers, developing OEM and channel partnerships, and managing the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing long-term subscription agreements.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities across enterprise customers, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Build relationships with CXOs, Operations Directors, Engineering Heads, Utility Directors, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, System Integrators, EPC companies, O&M; firms, and technology partners.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and subscription growth.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly business reports.
- Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, webinars,



and travel internationally whenever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-8 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales, Industrial Software Sales, or Digital Transformation Solutions.
- Proven experience selling enterprise solutions to large industrial organizations.
- Strong experience in B2B consultative selling and enterprise account management.
- Ability to engage senior decision-makers and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
