ROLE OVERVIEW:

Black Trader is looking for versatile JavaScript Developers to engineer high-performance trading interfaces and complex calculation engines. In this role, you will work across the spectrum of frontend application development and core algorithm optimizationbuilding intuitive, low-latency web terminals and implementing efficient, real-time data streaming logic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Algorithmic Logic & Core Engine:
- Design, execute, and optimize high-performance JavaScript/TypeScript algorithms for real-time market data calculation, order processing, and time-series analytical streaming.
- Optimize execution speed, minimize memory overhead, and handle high-frequency data streams using efficient data structures (trees, queues, maps).
- Benchmark, profile, and refactor JavaScript logic to eliminate execution bottlenecks and garbage collection lags.

- Application & UI Development:

- Build clean, modular, and responsive user interfaces for modern web trading applications using frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Integrate WebSockets, RESTful APIs, and live financial charting tools (e.g., TradingView) for real-time market streaming.
- Manage application state efficiently using state-management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).




- Write unit and integration tests to ensure stability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility before deployment.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), time/space complexity analysis (Big-O notation), and asynchronous programming.
- Experience building web applications using at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Familiarity with WebSockets, event-driven architectures, and memory management in JavaScript execution environments.
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, or quantitative calculations is a strong plus.
