Job Summary
Manage daily hub operations, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, reverse logistics, productivity, SLA compliance, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound/outbound shipment management.
Sorting, bagging & route allocation.
¢ On-time dispatch and delivery monitoring.
¢ Supervise Delivery Executives and Team Leaders.
¢ Manage RTO & reverse logistics.
¢ Inventory reconciliation and shipment aging control.
¢ Ensure SOP, safety & compliance.
¢ Coordinate with linehaul, sort center & support teams.
¢ Resolve escalations and prepare MIS reports.
KPIs
OTD, FADR, Delivery Success Rate, RTO %, SLA Compliance, Shipment Aging, Hub Productivity, Cost/Shipment, DE Productivity.
Required Skills
Leadership, communication, last-mile logistics knowledge, inventory management, MS Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Industries
