Role & responsibilities

- Analyse defects, rework, line losses, and torque escapes; perform RCA (5-Why, 8D) and implement countermeasures.
- Drive Kaizen, poka-yoke, and standardization to improve right-first-time assembly.
- Optimize cycle time, line balance, and ergonomics using method studies and workstation improvements.
- Support PR, trials, ramp-up, and SOP stabilization by closing process and facility gaps.
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs (DPV, fit/finish, noise risk, fastening quality).
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, UO, and Facility teams for implementation and sustainment.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety norms, and audit requirements.
- Track CAMI actions, advantages, and sustainability; report progress to management.
- Update and standardize SOPs, WIs, PFMEA, and Control Plans based on improvements.
