- Replenish supply inventories in accordance with established company guidelines to ensure consistent stock availability.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant government regulations.
- Oversee and manage store inventories through regular monitoring and assessment to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy.
- Receive, upload, and shelve all incoming supplies efficiently to maintain an organized inventory system.
- Perform various stock-related duties, including returning, packaging, labeling, and pricing goods as required to ensure proper presentation.
- Inspect deliveries for any discrepancies or damage, ensuring that all received items meet quality standards.
- Report damaged inventories promptly for accurate record-keeping and initiate reimbursement procedures.
- Rotate stock regularly to ensure products are sold by their expiration dates and manage the disposal of surplus and expired quantities.
- Coordinate and handle the movement of freight and equipment,
ensuring timely and effective operations.
- Maintain an organized allocation of inventory throughout the warehouse and store for easy access and tracking.
- Cross-verify monthly inventory reports at the end of each month to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately to facilitate order placement and purchases.
- Generate Material Received Reports (MRR) in a timely manner to maintain current inventory records.
- Ensure that storage of goods follows the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to maximize freshness and quality of products.
- This role is vital to the efficiency of our operations, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to our success as a Storekeeper.
Requirements:
- Worked in F&B; industry for more than 5 years
- Very good experience in ERP/POS
- Hardworking and a multitasker.
