Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant

ERP : Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Implementations : Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with strong functional expertise and proven implementation experience. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM modules to meet business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions

- Configure and support key Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including :

1. Inventory Management

2. Purchasing / Procurement

3. Order Management (OM)

4. BOM / Product Information Management (PIM)

5. Manufacturing (optional, based on project scope)

- Define and configure organizations, warehouses, item structures, and supply chain processes

- Prepare and maintain functional documents (BRD, FRD, MD050)

- Support data migration activities using FBDI/ADFdi





- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and custom extensions

- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT), go-live, and post-go-live support

- Ensure alignment with best practices and Oracle recommended configurations

- Provide functional guidance and mentoring to junior consultants

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle SCM / Oracle Fusion SCM

- At least 1 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementation

- Solid functional knowledge of supply chain processes

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM setup and configurations

- Understanding of integrations with Finance and other Oracle modules

- Experience in requirement gathering and solution design

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM (latest releases)

- Knowledge of OTBI / BI Publisher reports

- Experience with integrations and data migration tools

- Exposure to Manufacturing, Planning, or Logistics modules is a plus
