What You'll Do:

- Expert Backend Development Java + Spring Boot + Maven (Expert level) building production-grade APIs/services. Java 17+ Strong foundations in RESTful APIs design JSON, error handling, resilience patterns.
- REST maturity, versioning, pagination, error model, idempotency, backward compatibility Batch: Optimized data processor for batch loading Security: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, service-to-service auth, secrets handling (Hashi Corp Vault) Testing: Unit, integration, API, end-to-end (JUnit, Bruno (Postman like), Playwright)
- Performance & reliability: profiling, thread/heap understanding, caching, rate limiting, graceful degradation, code maintainability, useful logging Kafka
- Valuable knowledge of producer/consumer implementation and general characteristics of Kafka. Cloud-Native / Platform Kubernetes (K8s) deploying, troubleshooting, and operating services on existing K8s. Docker/Containerization building and managing container images. CI/CD & Engineering Toolchain (Mandatory) CI/CD pipelines, quality gates, deployment automation.
- Strong Git practices (branching, merge requests, code review discipline).
- Production / Operations Strong experience handling production incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and operational communication (Build & Run).
- Linux troubleshooting skills (logs, processes, networking basics). Working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident / SR processes (or equivalent ITSM).

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Database Experience: MongoDB on Atlas Ways of Working Agile delivery experience + Jira usage.




- Work closely with PO/squad members and partner teams to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure production readiness
- Exposure to integration/middleware ecosystem and patterns: messaging/file transfer/batch/streaming.
- Observability tooling experience (dashboards/metrics/log aggregation) supports platform health view.
- Java build native Argo CD Behavioral Strong ownership and accountability (Build & Run mindset). Collaborative in an international environment.
