Role & responsibilities

- Analyze customer requirement specifications to understand technical, functional, and project requirements, ensuring accurate interpretation and implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, including Korean and Indian OEMs, to manage technical discussions, requirement clarifications, and project coordination.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and problem-solving support to team members to ensure effective execution of project activities.
- Review technical work products and deliverables to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless communication between internal stakeholders and customers.
- Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and drive timely resolution to ensure successful project execution.
- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, engineering standards, and customer-specific quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance technical processes, quality, and team productivity

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong experience in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) development with a solid understanding of automotive embedded systems.




- Good knowledge of software design principles and architecture methodologies, with the ability to design scalable and robust embedded software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in Board Bring-up activities and SoC/SiP integration, including hardware-software integration and debugging.
- Strong understanding of AUTOSAR layered architecture, including Classic AUTOSAR concepts and software component integration.
- Experience working with AUTOSAR Runtime Environment (RTE) and Application Software (ASW) development, with exposure to Fail-protected implementations.
- Good knowledge of AUTOSAR Memory Stack, Diagnostics Stack, and CAN Communication Stack, including configuration and integration.
- Proficiency in automotive development and debugging tools such as Trace32, EB tresos Studio, Vector DaVinci Configurator, CANoe, JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex embedded software issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
- Familiarity with the Automotive V-Model, software development lifecycle, and functional safety practices is an added advantage.
