About the Role

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive to oversee our warehouse and inventory operations for industrial computing hardware, embedded systems, and electronic components. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient receipt, storage, dispatch, and tracking of high-value technology products while maintaining optimal stock levels to support sales, projects, and after-sales service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day warehouse and stores operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods

* Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/inventory management systems with real-time stock visibility

* Implement and enforce inventory control processes: cycle counts, stock audits, FIFO/FEFO, and reconciliation

* Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and products

* Oversee proper handling, labelling, and storage of sensitive electronic components and industrial hardware

* Manage inward and outward logistics, delivery challans, goods receipt notes (GRN), and dispatch documentation

* Ensure compliance with GST documentation for stock transfers, inter-branch movements, and returns

* Monitor and report on dead stock, slow-moving inventory, and damage/loss, recommending corrective actions

* Maintain a safe, clean,



and organized warehouse environment in line with company standards

* Supervise store staff, assign responsibilities, and ensure adherence to SOPs

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

* 2-4 years of experience in stores/warehouse management, preferably handling electronic or industrial hardware

* Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems, ERP (Tally/SAP), and barcode/RFID tracking

* Understanding of GST invoicing, delivery challans, and stock transfer documentation

* Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

* Experience managing inventory of computing hardware, PCBs, embedded boards, or electronic components

* Prior experience in a technology distribution or OEM/ODM company

* Knowledge of import shipment handling, customs clearance documentation, and bonded warehouse operations

* Certification in supply chain or warehouse management (e.g., APICS, CSCMP)
