- Pitch & close — walk in, explain Glymp to the owner, handle objections like "I already have Instagram" or "I don't have time", and get the sign-up done on the spot.
- Onboard & set up properly — create their account, add logo and cover, build the product catalogue, put up their first posts and stick their Glymp QR.
- Demo the Glymp Business app — give every owner a full walkthrough and hand-hold their staff until they can use it confidently on their own.
- Activate & retain — nudge stores to keep posting and to accept Glymp Coin redemptions, and win back the ones who go quiet.
- Report from the field — feed the founders real ground intel: what's converting, what owners push back on, and which stores matter.

You're looking for a desk job. This role is 80% out on the streets of Borivali. If you want to work from a laptop all day, this isn't it. You're not comfortable selling. You'll pitch to shop owners cold, every single day, and hear "no" before you hear "yes". You need someone constantly telling you what to do. We move fast and trust you with your own patch and your own targets. You can't be in Borivali, on the ground, daily.



This is a field role with real travel and legwork — not remote, not hybrid. You're only here for a certificate. Hit your numbers, and the certficate, LOR, stipend and PPO all follow.

We are looking for:
A natural talker who can win a shopkeeper's trust cold and close — comfortable hearing "no" and moving to the next door. Fluent in Hindi/Marathi and able to build easy rapport with local business owners. Based in or near Borivali (or happy to be there daily) and mobile across the area. Organised and self-driven — able to run your own visit schedule and hit weekly targets without supervision.

Bonus: any prior sales, field or customer-facing experience — or you simply love talking to people.
