Hiring: Electrician (Commercial/Mall Maintenance)
The Role
You will manage the electrical heartbeat of the mall, ensuring that central AC, lighting, and escalators run smoothly and safely for thousands of visitors.
What You Will Do
- AC & HVAC: Maintain Central Chiller plants, Cooling Towers, and AHUs.
- Heavy Equipment: Operate and fix LT/HT panels, Diesel Generators (DG sets), and Transformers.
- Mall Utilities: Fix faults in escalators, elevators, and basement ventilation.
- Preventive Checks: Perform daily "rounds" to check for overheating wires or load imbalances.
Requirements
- License: Mandatory PWD Supervisor or Wireman License.
- Experience: 3+ years in a mall, hospital, or large hotel.
- Technical Knowledge: Must understand 3-phase power, Star-Delta starters, and VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts (malls run 24/7)..
