What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a transparent and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries, design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as dynamic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.

What are we looking for
Education- BCOM/MCOM/MBA/BBA
ERP / any certification required- SAP / Oracle / SAP S/4HANA,



BlackLine or reconciliation tools
Professional qualification / Commerce graduate with 3+ years of experience in Record to Report / Accounting and Reporting
Experience in general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, financial accounting, intercompany processes, monthly close and consolidation support
Ability to ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions and provide analytical review of reports
Knowledge of variance analysis for PL and balance sheet accounts, journal processing and month-close activities
Root cause analysis, problem-solving, risk identification and internal control awareness
Good ERP / SAP / reconciliation tool knowledge with strong written and oral communication skills

BlackLine or other reconciliation tool exposure
Operational Excellence and process improvement exposure
Ability to work across teams and support process documentation
Flexible to shifts and adaptable to change
Advanced Excel / Access / query analysis exposure

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments
