Role & responsibilities

- Prepare daily production plans and monitor execution.
- Check raw material availability and stock levels.
- Maintain production, inventory, and delivery records.
- Update and manage data in ERP/SAP systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor and manage production scrap records.
- Coordinate dispatches and delivery schedules.
- Track and close outsourcing activities with vendors.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables, Charts)
- Valuable coordination and communication skills
- Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and trackers
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management
- Maintain records, files, and documentation (soft & hard copies)
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Responsible for production planning, inventory monitoring, MIS reporting, ERP/SAP data management, scrap control, and outsourcing coordination to ensure smooth production operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP.
- Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
