Senior Graphic Designer (4–6 Years Experience)

Location: SP Infocity, Pune
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong eLearning background to design engaging digital learning experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about visual storytelling, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior designers while delivering high-quality creative solutions.

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.

- Mandatory experience in the eLearning industry.

- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).

- Hands-on experience with Storyline 360, Rise 360, Animate CC, Vyond, Camtasia,



Captivate, Figma, and basic knowledge of After Effects & Premiere Pro.

- Solid understanding of visual design, layout, typography, branding, infographics, animations, and UI/UX principles.

- Experience creating interactive eLearning modules, graphics, mock-ups, and digital assets.

- Ability to mentor junior designers and work collaboratively with Design Leads, Project Managers, Developers, and Content Teams.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Fine Arts (GD Art/BFA/MFA) or

- Degree/Diploma/Certification in Graphic Design.
