Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to execution
- Get execution vendors and contractors on Board and manage site execution and progress
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety and regulations
- Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters preferred)
- Robust experience in construction/infrastructure in commercial/retail space (preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management tools, and MS Office
- Good knowledge of structural design, materials, and site execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem*solving skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in large*scale infrastructure or commercial projects
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Chartered Engineer)
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
