About the Role

We are looking for a creative and innovative AI Content Creator to join our marketing team. If you're passionate about AI tools, advertising, social media, and storytelling, this role is for you.

You will be responsible for creating engaging content, AI-generated creatives, and promotional campaigns for our OTT platform. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, know how to use AI tools to enhance creativity, and be able to produce content that captures audience attention.

Key Responsibilities

- Create compelling advertisement copies, captions, taglines, and promotional content for digital campaigns.
- Design AI-generated posters, banners, thumbnails, and social media creatives using AI-powered tools.
- Develop creative concepts and marketing campaigns to promote movies, web series, and OTT content.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Research trending topics, viral formats, hashtags, and audience behavior to maximize engagement.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve content quality, generate creative ideas, and streamline content production.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, social media trends, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in Content Creation, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing,



and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating advertisement content and promotional campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Canva AI
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney / Leonardo AI / Ideogram (any one)
- CapCut AI or similar video editing tools

- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and short-form content strategies.
- Knowledge of trending content formats, reels, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques.
- Basic graphic design and image editing skills.
- Robust communication, creativity, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in OTT, entertainment, media, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Basic understanding of prompt writing and AI-assisted content generation.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, content scheduling tools, and social media analytics.
- Experience creating AI-assisted marketing campaigns and promotional assets.
