Job Description: Senior Pega Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pega Developer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience on the Pega platform to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for an individual contributor who can independently design, develop, and implement robust Pega-based solutions aligned to business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pega PRPC and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications in a quick-paced environment. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring adherence to Pega best practices, application standards, and development guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Create and maintain Pega rules, including flows, data models, and user interfaces.




- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Pega applications, providing timely support.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Pega development practices.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Pega development, with a strong focus on Pega PRPC.
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification is preferred.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex workflows and case management solutions.
- Proficient in Pega rules, data modeling, and user interface design.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Pega Customer Service and Pega Marketing modules.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Pega deployments.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
