Role Summary:
- We are looking for a driven Project Engineer with expertise in Building Management Systems to plan, design, and execute BMS projects across commercial environments.
- The role focuses on delivering efficient, integrated, and high-performance building automation solutions while ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage BMS projects, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define requirements and ensure seamless execution Conduct site assessments to evaluate project scope and technical feasibility Design and engineer BMS solutions, including hardware, software, and network architecture Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing to ensure system functionality and performance Integrate
- BMS with HVAC, lighting, security,
and fire systems for optimized operations Troubleshoot issues during implementation and drive effective technical resolutions Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for energy efficiency and reliability Maintain comprehensive documentation including drawings, test reports, and manuals Provide training and post-installation support to facility teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field 3 to 5 years of experience in BMS or building automation projects Proficiency in platforms such as Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric
- Robust understanding of HVAC systems, system integration, and energy management Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
