Key Responsibilities
Organization Development & Culture
•Support the implementation of organization development and culture transformation initiatives.
•Coordinate employee engagement programs, communication campaigns, and culture-building activities.
•Track participation, feedback, and effectiveness of OD initiatives.
•Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Employee Experience
•Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs.
•Organize skip-level meetings and employee connect sessions while tracking action items.
•Execute employee pulse surveys and ensure timely closure of improvement actions.
•Monitor employee participation and satisfaction across engagement initiatives.
Organization Design & Workforce Planning
•Support organization structure reviews and manpower planning activities.
•Maintain organization charts and workforce-related data.
•Assist in workforce effectiveness and organizational design initiatives.




Role Clarity & Job Architecture
•Collect, standardize, and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) across business functions.
•Ensure periodic review and updating of JD repositories.
•Support job evaluation and role clarity initiatives.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
•Coordinate with HR and business leaders to identify critical positions.
•Maintain succession plans, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and talent databases.
•Track development progress for identified high-potential employees (HiPos).
•Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
