Full job description
To monitor quality testing raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure food safety and quality standards compliance.
Conduct routine sampling and testing of products based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
¢ Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other industry-specific standards.
¢ Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
¢ Prepare and review quality documentation such as product specifications, certificates of analysis, and audit reports.
¢ Identify areas for improvement in quality systems and production processes.




¢ Participate in root cause analysis and suggest solutions to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
¢ Inspect and test all incoming raw materials (e.g., seasoning, oils, Rice, corn, etc.) for chemical composition, physical properties, and safety parameters.
¢ Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet agreed-upon specifications.
¢ Evaluate the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for all raw materials to verify safety and quality standards compliance.
¢ Maintain accurate records for all quality checks, test results, and material certificates.
¢ Create detailed reports on the quality of incoming materials and monitor any trends or recurring issues.
