We are hiring Case Process Executives for an International Voice Process. The role involves handling customer interactions over calls and resolving queries efficiently while maintaining high communication standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, a confident personality, and willingness to work in night shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
- Resolve customer queries in a qualified and timely manner
- Maintain high-quality communication standards
- Document call details and update systems accurately
- Follow company guidelines and compliance policies
- Achieve individual and team performance targets

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent spoken English communication (mandatory)
- Neutral accent and good fluency
- Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
- Comfortable working in night shifts
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge

- Night Shift (US/UK Shift)
- Fixed week-offs
