Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, design advanced machine learning solutions, and translate complex data into measurable business impact. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to mentor and influence teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and solve complex business problems using data.
- Lead data mining, feature engineering, experimentation, and analytical initiatives across multiple business domains.
- Build scalable analytical pipelines and work with engineering teams to productionise AI/ML solutions using MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Develop automated monitoring, anomaly detection, and model performance tracking systems.
- Analyse large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover actionable insights and communicate findings through BI tools.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to responsible AI principles.
- Stay current with emerging AI, machine learning, and cloud technologies,



driving innovation across the organisation.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or a related field.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, predictive analytics and feature engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Databricks, along with MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
- Solid understanding of experiment design, model evaluation, data structures, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with data visualisation tools and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data science/analytical field.
