Role & responsibilities : We are looking for experienced HIL Testing Engineers with strong expertise in Python Automation to join our Automotive Embedded Validation team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ECU testing, HIL simulation, Vector tools, and test automation.

Experience: 49 Years
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
Location: Chennai

Preferred candidate profile :

- Develop, execute, and automate HIL test cases for ECU validation.
- Design and maintain Python-based automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system-level testing.
- Work with Vector tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and VT System.
- Execute HIL testing using Typhoon HIL.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and prepare validation reports.
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and system engineering teams.




- Ensure quality and compliance with automotive testing standards.

Mandatory Skills

- HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Testing

Good to Have

- Automotive communication protocols: CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet
- Diagnostic protocols: UDS, XCP, DoIP, SOME/IP
- CAPL scripting
- Automotive Embedded Systems domain knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4 - 9 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Testing.
- Robust debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with HIL benches and ECU validation.
