About the Role

- We are actively looking for a US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in MSP/VMS hiring and working with public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle Source, screen, and submit candidates through VMS portals (Beeline, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, etc.) Work closely with Account Managers on requirements and submission timelines Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder
- Manage rate negotiation, compliance, and documentation Maintain ATS updates and track submittals, interviews, and hires Build strong pipelines for roles like Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PMs, BAs, ERP Consultants

What Were Looking

- For 2-4 years of US IT Recruitment experience Strong exposure to MSP/VMS model & public sector hiring Valuable understanding of C2C, W2, 1099 employment types Excellent communication & negotiation skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
