Job Description

AM Infoweb is hiring Case Processing Executives for a voice process role. The candidate will act as a mediator between insurance companies / law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics, and medical facilities.

The primary responsibility is to follow up on medical records of discharged patients and ensure timely retrieval of medical reports as per client-defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to hospitals, clinics, doctors offices, and other healthcare providers to retrieve medical records
- Follow up on pending medical reports of discharged patients
- Navigate medical records systems to locate and retrieve required documentation
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records in compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Communicate professionally with healthcare staff to obtain records within defined timelines
- Maintain detailed documentation of all calls and follow-up activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of medical records to clients.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,



target-driven environment
- Education: Graduate / Awaiting final semester results

Salary & Perks

- CTC: Up to 25,000
- In-hand: 20,475 per month

- 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
- 6:30 PM 3:30 AM
- 7:30 PM 4:30 AM
- 8:00 PM 5:00 AM

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
