Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement training modules across departments (F&B;, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, etc.)

- Conduct regular skill assessments and feedback sessions to identify growth opportunities

- Collaborate with department heads to tailor learning paths for operational excellence

- Champion wellness-centric service philosophies in all training content

- Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine programs for impact

- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring brand alignment from day one

- Prior experience in training roles within luxury resorts or wellness hospitality

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and experiential training methods
