Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth production.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
Supervise production staff, technicians, and shop-floor workers.
Ensure product quality by implementing quality control standards.
Monitor machine maintenance and minimize production downtime.
Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase and dispatch teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily production reports and submit updates to management.
