Roles & Responsibilities

- Process US healthcare claims with accuracy and within timelines.
- Handle and resolve customer queries in a qualified manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Utilize quick decision-making skills to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh Graduates (2023- 2026 Pass outs)
- Degrees allowed: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, Pharma (Non-Technical Streams Only)
- Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, Diploma holders




- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
