We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler (MEP) to join our growing team and contribute to international design and construction projects.

Position Details
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of overall experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience in MEP modeling using Revit.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain MEP models using Autodesk Revit
- Create accurate 3D models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams for model integration
- Perform clash detection and model coordination
- Produce shop drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models




- Ensure models follow international BIM standards and project guidelines
- Update models based on design revisions and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM / Revit modeling
- At least 1 year of hands-on MEP modeling experience using Revit
- Valuable understanding of MEP systems and construction drawings
- Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
