What would you do
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

Activities related to maintaining a successful database environment including designing, implementing, and maintaining the database system as well as establishing policies and procedures pertaining to the management, security, maintenance, and use of the database management system (DBMS).

What are we looking for
Education- BCOM/MCOM/MBA/BBA
ERP / any certification required- SAP / Oracle / SAP S/4HANA, BlackLine or reconciliation tools
Professional qualification / Commerce graduate with 3+ years of experience in Record to Report / Accounting and Reporting
Experience in general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, financial accounting, intercompany processes, monthly close and consolidation support
Ability to ensure timely and accurate reporting submissions and provide analytical review of reports
Knowledge of variance analysis for PL and balance sheet accounts,



journal processing and month-close activities
Root cause analysis, problem-solving, risk identification and internal control awareness
Good ERP / SAP / reconciliation tool knowledge with strong written and oral communication skills

BlackLine or other reconciliation tool exposure
Operational Excellence and process improvement exposure
Ability to work across teams and support process documentation
Flexible to shifts and adaptable to change
Advanced Excel / Access / query analysis exposure

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems

- Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors

- In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management

- You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on current assignments

- The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others

- You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work

- Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
