HR Recruiter Automotive Hiring | Segula Technologies

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai
Work Mode: 100% Work From Office (5 Days a Week)
Experience: 2-4 years
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Candidates serving up to 30 days notice period preferred.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for automotive and engineering positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer follow-ups, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.

Required Skills

- 24 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for automotive engineering/manufacturing roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other sourcing platforms.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hands-on experience in Automotive Recruitment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period.
- Willing to work from the Chennai (Sholinganallur) office, 5 days a week.
- Must be available for a Face-to-Face Interview between 10th June and 12th June.
