Role: Regional Head - Acquisition

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage a team of 8 to 10 Sales Managers working closely with ICICI Bank for Acquisition of 3in1 accounts.
- Guide and motivate the sales managers and the agents on activities to be done to get the sales and review their performance on a daily basis.
- Engage with centre managers of I-direct canters, branch managers of ICICI Bank, other ICICI Bank teams like salary account team& Investment services team for local promotion activities and potential cross sell opportunities for selling ICIC I-direct accounts.
- Participate with ICICI bank teams during corporate inductions, camps and activities planned across various corporates.
- Working on capability building on ICICI direct platform through training & workshops.
- Ensure handholding & onboarding of the customers on the ICICI direct platform post account opening.
- Customer first approach to ensure resolution of queries which corporates /employees have with regards to ICICI 3in1 account.
- Interact with HR Managers, admin managers of various corporates to acquire current customers.
