Job Responsibilities

- Undergo 3 months of on-the-job training in the real estate market and sales.
- Generate sales leads and customer sourcing.
- Interact with customers and provide detailed project briefings.
- Explain project features, amenities, and benefits based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer interactions, negotiations, and real estate sales.
- Maintain Sales MIS and update ERP entries for all customer visits.
- Conduct pre-sales activities using the provided database.
- Participate in market research and analysis.
- Close sales opportunities while maintaining excellent CRM practices.
- Coordinate customer documentation and ensure timely ERP updates.
