- Tender assistant (Interior Projects) Cauvery Buildtech, a leading turnkey interior contracting company in South India, is seeking a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the end-to-end tendering process for interior furnishing projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or interior works, with hands-on experience in estimation and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete tender lifecycle from initiation to submission and closure Prepare, review, and analyze tender documents and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather data for accurate cost estimation and timelines
- Develop competitive pricing strategies and detailed cost estimates
- Evaluate tender submissions, identifying risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present proposals to management and clients
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Develop interior layout drawings based on client requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 2-3 years of experience in tendering for interior furnishing projects Solid knowledge of estimation and budgeting principles Proficiency in AutoCAD Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in project management or estimation Prior experience in a similar role within the interior industry
