You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.
The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation
Understanding of foundational principles and knowledge of Artificial Intelligence AI including concepts, techniques, and tools in order to use AI effectively.

What are we looking for
Define security architecture principles, standards, and reusable patterns for the program.
Review solution designs for IAM, access control, encryption, secure API communication, and data protection.
Assess integration security across ServiceNow, API gateways, RPA platforms, dashboards, and banking systems.
Support threat modelling, risk assessments,



security design reviews, and audit/compliance requirements.
Define controls for RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, OAuth, TLS, secrets management, logging, and monitoring.
Collaborate with enterprise security, cloud, architecture, and delivery teams to close security gaps.

Robust enterprise security architecture experience in regulated environments.
Good understanding of ServiceNow security model, roles, access control, and integration security concepts.
Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth 2.0, TLS, IAM, RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
Understanding of RPA security, credential management, logging, monitoring, and secure operations.
Dashboard security awareness for Sisense, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
Knowledge of Kafka or Boomi security patterns is a plus.
Experience
10+ years overall experience, including 5+ years in security architecture, application security, IAM, or cloud security

Roles and Responsibilities:

- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems

- The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals

- Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads

- Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams

- Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
