We are looking for a proactive and experienced Labour Coordinator to manage labour operations for civil and interior projects.

The role involves coordinating workforce requirements, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and maintaining smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project needs
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and wage regulations
Monitor labour attendance, deployment, and productivity across sites
Coordinate with contractors and resolve labour-related issues promptly
Assist in labour payment verification and processing

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
3-6 years of experience in labour coordination for civil/interior projects
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and wage structures
Good communication skills in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, and English

Preferred Skills:
Strong coordination and negotiation abilities
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Positive organizational and documentation skills
Practical problem-solving approach
