SkySun is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of a next-generation CRM and operations platform for a rapidly growing US-based business.

What You'll Do

- Lead the end-to-end technical execution of a large-scale CRM and operations platform.
- Own system architecture, code quality, scalability, security, and technical decision-making.
- Manage and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
- Build engineering processes, sprint planning, code review standards, and QA workflows.
- Collaborate with business, operations, sales, finance, and leadership teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee integrations with third-party APIs, dialers, finance platforms, and AI-powered tools.




- Drive innovation using up-to-date development practices and AI-assisted engineering tools.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Leadership role.
Strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL/Supabase, REST APIs, Webhooks, and Cloud Architecture.
Experience designing scalable, high-performance applications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and deliver high-quality software in rapid-paced environments.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
