Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications for logistics operations.
- Design user-friendly UI/UX for internal software, dashboards, and employee portals.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to develop digital solutions.
- Create graphics for Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce partner requirements.
- Develop and enhance logistics management systems, CRM, tracking, and reporting tools.
- Ensure software performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and software technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, IT, or related field.




- 25 years of experience in Graphic Designing and Software/Application Development.
- Experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, Courier, or E-commerce industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP/Laravel, React, Flutter, or other contemporary frameworks is preferred.
- Experience with MySQL, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
